At Highwood Outdoor Furniture, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your outdoor living space. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes or labels.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned furniture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
